Let, I tell you these fruits are important during pregnancy because, they are packed with minerals, vitamins, proteins, fiber, and folate (folic acid).

- Folic acid will help to prevent neural tube defects (NTDs) and also supports healthy childbirth.

List 1 Dry fruit during pregnancy as per the given Chart: Just remember in Each Trimester you have to change your intake of eating Dry Fruits read it carefully. Dry Fruits to eat is 1/3 cup (Katori / Bowl) a day.

- You should avoid eating – Papaya, Grapes, and Pineapple throughout pregnancy.
